The digital revolution in the boating industry is accelerating in 2021, and the French startup is once again setting the pace with the unveiling of its new connected customer solution.

The health context and tensions over supplies are revolutionizing customer relations at the start of this year, and while uncertainty remains over the modalities and constraints concerning the season which has already begun, demand for escapes is exploding and the whole sector is under strain.

Nauticoncept's new white-label platform - a web and mobile application in the professional's name, enabling the customer to be in direct contact with his or her worksite - provides professionals with tools for organization and the connected customer, optimizing the handling of customer relations:
